Digital Delivery & Fulfillment Policy
Transparent information on how your digital crochet patterns are fulfilled, accessed, and stored.
1. No Physical Shipping
All products offered on https://crochetpinterest.com are digital electronic goods. No physical package, envelope, parcel, yarn, hook, or finished crochet item will be mailed or shipped to your postal address.
Because fulfillment is 100% electronic, there are never any shipping or handling fees applied to any order, regardless of your global geographic location.
2. The 3 Instant Delivery Channels
When you complete a purchase on our website via Stripe, our automated server initiates immediate digital fulfillment through three simultaneous channels:
Instant On-Screen Download Page
As soon as Stripe verifies your card, you are immediately redirected to your personalized Order Confirmation screen (/order/success). Direct, one-click download buttons are displayed for each PDF pattern purchased.
Automated Confirmation Email Receipt
Our system automatically transmits a detailed receipt and direct pattern download links to the email address specified during checkout. This email arrives within 1–3 minutes of order completion.
Permanent 24/7 Self-Service Lookup Portal
You can access your pattern files at any time in the future by visiting our Find My Order (/lookup) portal. Simply enter your checkout email address, and a fresh access link will be delivered directly to your inbox.
3. Download Quotas and Free Token Renewal
To prevent unauthorized hotlinking and protect our copyrighted intellectual property:
- Each single-pattern order is allocated 5 download attempts.
- Multi-pattern bundles are dynamically allocated 5 downloads per pattern in the order.
- Download security tokens have an initial validity of 7 days.
If your link expires, or you switch to a new tablet/computer and need fresh downloads, we will gladly reset your quota 100% free of charge. Simply request a lookup link or email us at crochetpinterestllc@gmail.com.
4. File Format & Device Compatibility
Our patterns are delivered in universally compatible Portable Document Format (.PDF) standard, with select multi-chart collections delivered in standard .ZIP archives.
- Apple Devices: Compatible with Apple Books, Safari, GoodNotes, and Notability.
- Android Devices: Compatible with Google PDF Viewer and Adobe Acrobat.
